Happy New Year!

Some high­lights from 2009 that I can think of right now:

1. Attended my first pug meetup

2. Ate at The French Laundry

3. Went to Paris

4. Went to Portland

5. Got a new computer

6. Got a pro­mo­tion at work

7. Left San Francisco

8. Moved to New York

9. Vaca­tioned in the Caribbean

10. Ate the famous fried chicken at Momo­fuku (thanks Rosalin)

11. Spent New Year’s Eve with my best friends

Hi, I'm Mindy. People who meet me and then happen to stumble upon my blog are usually surprised that I have things to say because I'm quiet. Yes, I actually have thoughts. I have feelings and emotions too, believe it or not. more ↓

People who know me will say that I’m loud, too nice for my own good, and show signs of someone with a mild case of autism.

I grew up with two older brothers and no friends, which means my childhood was spent bouncing between PC, NES, and Playstation games. I consider myself a casual gamer– I never leave home without my DS. My favorite video game character will always be Quina Quen from Final Fantasy 9.

Once upon a time, I studied abroad in Paris and loved it so, so much. I think about Paris on a bi-hourly basis. I now live in San Francisco, but hope to move to New York someday.

The name of my website comes from a Teen Girl Squad episode.

I love pugs, Kinder Eggs, traveling, and shy people.
